Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of sixteen. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, Vel’Or Event Agency cannot verify that a visitor is over the age of sixteen. Vel’Or Event Agency therefore recommends that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. View, modify or delete data:

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number. This is to protect your privacy. Vel’Or Event Agency will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Camera Surveillance
This is the camera surveillance protocol of Vel’Or Event Agency B.V. based in Oisterwijk.
- We use visible camera surveillance, whereby image recordings (may) be made to protect our employees and property. We only use these recordings if we have a legitimate interest to do so.
- The basic principle of our camera surveillance is that we comply with privacy regulations, as well as that we try to minimise the invasion of privacy for our employees and visitors.
- Where we use camera surveillance, we indicate this clearly, e.g. by means of signs or stickers.
- In accordance with privacy regulations, anyone who is captured by our cameras has, in principle, the following rights:
- the right to view the images
- the right to be forgotten
- the right to restrict processing
- the right to object to the use of personal data
